WEAR REQUIRED MASK IN OFFICE
Unless contraindicated due to age, difficulty breathing, or other circumstances. Masks are still recommended even if mask order is eased.
RESCHEDULE IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS OF:
- FEVER OVER 100 F
- COUGHING, FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS
- NEW LOSS OF SMELL/ TASTE
- BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CONFIRMED OR SUSPECTED COVID-19 INDIVIDUAL
Eye exams and optical services (ex. ordering eyeglasses) are by appointment only. Scheduled patients should come alone to the appointment unless a parent or caretaker is needed.
Paperless check-in is available. Patients will be emailed a secure link for patient paperwork/intake forms to fill out and submit back prior to eye exam and office visits prior to coming in. Forms are available here on our website and in office if needed.

Pretest rooms, optical & contact workstations, exam rooms are sanitized between and before patients are called. exam equipment are sanitized in front of the patient.
Optos retina imaging is available & recommended for more internal eye health check without dilating eye drops. It is a quick wide retina view test, no side effects of blurred near vision & light sensitivity, and less contact/touch versus pupil dilation with eye drops.
More advanced automated phoropters are used to check your prescription at a distance. Exam room equipment have breath shields installed for more protection.
Use clean trays to select frames to try on, after tried on, put frames in same tray for cleaning before placing back on frame board. Frames are sanitized with manufacturer’s recommendations.
Eyeglass and contact lens orders may be delayed from labs, suppliers, distributors. we apologize for any delays.
Curbside pickup of eyeglasses and contact lenses is available. Park and call us. No appointment is necessary for pickups.
